EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICIES
If you wish to exchange any of the products you purchased through our virtual store Louiarc, you can do so as follows:
Within a period of five [5] calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, you can write to info@louiarc.com specifying the following information:
- Way of change:
- Full name:
- Identification card:
- Order number:
- Order date:
- Contact number:
- Product:
We will respond indicating the corresponding procedure and whether the request is authorized in accordance with the policies, terms and conditions of Louiarc.
Transportation costs and other costs involved in the change will be covered by the
client.
It is important that you keep in mind that: the product you are going to exchange must not be used, modified or altered from its original state, it must be in good condition, clean and with its original labels.
Changes may take up to 10 business days.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to
5:30 pm
You can only change the product 1 (one) time.
Promotional or discounted products in our OFFERS section are non-exchangeable. These products have one of the following conditions: remanufactured or discontinued, therefore, the legal warranty will not be enforceable.
ERROR IN PRODUCT DELIVERY
If the product delivered is not correct, you will have (5) calendar days from the time of delivery to report the error and request the change, by sending an email to info@louiarc.com, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m.: 00am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30 pm.
Once the email is received, the case will be analyzed and it will be confirmed whether or not it was a Louiarc.com who, if so, will assume the value of collecting the product and shipping the new product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REVERSION OF PAYMENT
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Virtual Store
In accordance with article 47 of law 1480 of 2011, the customer will have the right to retract their purchase within five (5) business days following the delivery date of their order.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is used, the contract will be terminated and the money that the consumer would have paid must be refunded. The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the good will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services. The following cases are excepted from the right of withdrawal:
- In contracts for the provision of services whose provision has begun with the consumer's agreement;
- In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control;
- In contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- In contracts for the supply of goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly;
- In betting and lottery service contracts;
- In contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods;
- In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use.
The supplier must return all amounts paid to the consumer in cash without making discounts or withholdings for any reason. Louiarc will return the amount paid to the client within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the moment he exercised the right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following must be taken into account:
- The customer will exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@louiarc.com with the subject: withdrawal, sending the purchase and contact information, making the formal request for the return, attesting that the product is in the same conditions in which it was received, to which we will respond with approval and instructions to continue.
- The request must be submitted by the owner of the purchase within the first 5 business days, counted from the delivery of the good.
- The customer must immediately return, with notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product in the same conditions that they received it, new, without damage or deterioration, with all original labels and packaging.
- If the product is not packaged in its original packaging, receipt will not be generated at www. bulevarecuador .com will not be accepted. Transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the client.
- If the product to be returned was paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded through Payu requesting a reversal of the total or partial value. If the product was canceled with a debit, ballot or efecty card, all of the money actually paid will be refunded to the savings account that you inform us by bank transfer.
- The refund will be made within thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which Louiarc receives the returned products in its warehouse and informs that they are in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the Client, that the right of withdrawal was exercised within the term indicated in these Terms and Conditions and in the law for this and consequently accepts the retraction.
- Does not apply to items sold abroad.
PAYMENT REVERSAL
If your purchase made on Louiarc.com was executed through payments such as credit card, debit card or any other means of electronic payment, and complies with the causes stipulated in Art 51 of Law 1480 of 2011, you can request payment reversal within 5 business days following the date on which you learned of the fraudulent or unsolicited operation or that you should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested.
To invoke payment reversal you must prove at least one of the following reasons:
- Fraud in the transaction.
- When it corresponds to an unsolicited operation.
- When the product does not arrive.
- When the Product does not comply with the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it.

- Reason why payment reversal is required.
Please keep in mind that to access the payment reversal you must take the following into account:
- The product must be in good condition and clean Payment reversal only applies when the acquisition of products is made through electronic commerce mechanisms such as the internet, PSE, Call Center or any other telesales or virtual store mechanism, and a credit or debit card has been used to make the payment. or any other electronic payment instrument. In this sense, it does not apply to the payment methods: Efecty, Baloto, Referenced payment (in banks) and Payment on delivery in cash.
- For electronic means of payment, the person responsible for returning the money in the event that such an event occurs is at the expense and order of your bank.
- The Complaint must be presented by the owner of the financial product, without prejudice to the fact that the consumer must comply with the provisions of article .4. and 2.2.2.51 of Decree 587.
- In case of return of the product due to payment reversal, the supplier will collect the product in the same conditions and only in the same place in which it was received, which will mean that the obligation to return it is satisfied.
- Payment reversal does not apply to purchases made abroad.
- An essential requirement to access this right is to send an email to info@louiarc.com with the full name, ID and reason why payment reversal is required.
